Every project that we get involved in will be (at a minimum) signed/sealed by a a licensed architect as well as a licensed structural engineer. HWA has a 100% success rate for permit acquisition.

Sometimes an Owner simply wants some advice on an existing project. That’s where consulting comes in – let HWA Architecture be your one-stop-shop for all of your architectural endeavors.
planning
HWA works with developers, builders, and other architects to plan new projects. We prefer to get involved when the land was recently purchased, or if it is still in the due-diligence phase.
