Architecture
HWA Architecture is a full-service architectural firm. We offer every service a client will require to take a project from napkin sketch to fruition. There is no minimum or maximum in terms of how big or small a custom project can get. We've worked on custom homes between 2,000 sf all the way to 12,000+++ sf. It's all about listening to the site and understanding what the project wants to be when meshed with the programmatic requirements given by the client.

Design Guidelines
HWA has the ability to dictate design criteria for entire communities. We can also help enforce existing guidelines. This is a service we typically offer HOA's or developers starting new communities.
Feasibility Studies
We will take a look at your project from a macro scale and determine several possible paths to take in terms of taking advantage of your site.
Construction
Though HWA is not a construction company, we do have our affiliate company, Homeworks Builders, that can actually build your project. However, if you (our valued client) have a preferred builder you'd like to work with, we can certainly make that happen. We love making new builder relationships!
Space Planning
We can take a close look at a space (or numerous spaces) to determine the best placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
“Facelifts”/ Building Façade Design
We can help you change the overall look of your home from the exterior. Sometimes it's just a question of playing with color or materiality, while other times we aim to make a more drastic change by adding or taking away elements and building massing. We not only have the ability to refresh the look of your home, but we can actually change it stylistically to the point that the old home will be unrecognizable...it all depends on our clients' needs.
