SPRAWLING MODERN

Synopsis:

This waterfront home was designed to take advantage of the water view as soon as you step into the building. The site is irregularly shaped, so it had to be done in a unique way in terms of how the floor plan flowed. This home was also designed for an artist, so we had to pay close attention to the amount of art walls and sculptural niches to make sure all of the pieces fit.
