This symmetrical design draws inspiration from traditional plantation-style architecture, with subtle influences from Key West vernacular. The composition emphasizes strong horizontal lines through oversized soffits, an expansive 50-foot-plus front porch, and a low-pitched standing seam roof, all of which reinforce the home’s grounded, linear character. At the client’s request, symmetry became a guiding principle of the overall design intent.
