The home is organized across six walkable levels, expressed externally as a refined interpretation of a split-level massing. An elevator serves five of the six levels, with access to the uppermost roof provided by a short stair run. Levels two through six benefit from expansive water views, while the rooftop terraces at levels five and six also capture select views of the downtown Tampa skyline.
