synopsis

This project presented a unique design challenge: while the site offered waterfront views, they were confined to a relatively narrow portion of the property. Through careful building orientation and planning, all of the primary public spaces—including the kitchen, living room, dining room, lanai, and pool—were positioned to take full advantage of these views, creating a strong connection between the home’s interior living spaces and the water beyond.
